Job Responsibility: -

oReporting to factory/plant head.

oPlanning and organizing production & mould/die change schedule.

oAssessing resources requirements.

oTo coordinating with the store department for storing handling and delivery of raw material and finished products.

oOverseeing production processes.

oNew mould & material trail and give feedback to engineering department.

oIdentify the root causes of problems and to solve it.

oTo meet production target & timely dispatches.

oTo control the wastage, reworks & downtime.

oInvolvement in implementation of special job assign by the management.

oTo making, standard procedure, work instruction & required format for factory.

oLooking after, the safety of all staff during manufacturing process.

oCoordinating with the quality controller concerning testing of raw material and finished products.

oRe-negotiating schedules as necessary.

oCoordinate with purchase department to Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.

oPlanning the breakdown and preventive maintenance of machines & moulds.

oSupervising all production activities, guiding and instructing supervisors to complete required tasks.

oIdentifying training needs to technician & operators.

oTo achieve production target, wastage control, rework control, to reduce downtime.

oWorking with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.

oReviewing worker performance.

oFollowing the health and safety guidelines by local governments.

oDirect, Plan & Coordinate all aspects of department operations, such as quality control, design review & cost control.

oMonitor & manage budget presentations and cost control for all active projects.

oProvide & assist in house training for staff.

oProvide assessment & evaluation to employees.

oMaking BOM for Production Department.

oTo develop the ERP codes for Production & others.
