Data Entry Using Lean Six Sigma (March 2015)

Research described the case study application of lean six sigma quality methods for the evaluation and improvement of a method to typing errors

Momentive (August 2016)

This project evaluated the current process, determined a better facility layout, and found job aids to improve tasks and succeeded in reducing packaging time by more than 40%.
