Project: IGD Gasco Project

In this I.G.D Gas Project I have Handled all Precommissioning and Start up Commissioning Activities for Process, Utilities, Offsite, of large oil-Gas processing facilities,have Comprehensive knowledge of precommissioning procedures and review of manuals for various units, I am involved in participation and contribution in HEZOP/SIMOP and safety reviews, worked, at,compressors,blower,finfans,Airblowing,Flushing,Steamblowing,Leak check inerting systems. My PMC Roles and Responsibility- Have worked in conjunction with the mechanical Completion, Lead to ensure Systems priorities are being Considered. Coordinate progression of Systems Hand over and turnover schedule, organize, and lead systems Walk downs verify Systems is Complete according to the design and to verify that red lined. To review dossier, reliability test record, test run the plant system at licenser simulation, performance test, and lab results reports should match to target value, etc. As a PMC Snr Commissioning Engr I was involved in all this final hand over Activities.

Worked as a "commissioning process supervisor" in Precommissioning& Start up Commissioning role, for the process units, utilities, offsite, jetty areas. The capacity was 9.6 MMTPA of two trains of LNG, project was one of the biggest of its kind in the world, the process had a gas metering, dehydration, fractionation and a liquefaction section, along with an oil export terminal, carried out start up and commissioning activities for above units, gained good knowledge and long multi discipline experience of production operation, after commissioning involved in routine operation of all the units, along with specialized section like incinerator, gas turbines, gas compressors( three) combined operation, also involved in chemical cleaning, blowing, flushing activities, successfully handed over completed documents as per client request(Shell).
