Selected Accomplishments
Increased personal sales from $260K to $2.4M over four years. Joined OTech as a Sales Rep, achieving 130% of quota first year. Made numerous presentations at trade shows and led business development team with creativity & enthusiasm. Promoted twice and by 4th year increased annual sales to $2.4M with 75% new accounts.
Closed the largest sale in company history. Identified and cultivated relationship with high-potential healthcare account for OTech. Closed a proof of concept initial sale for kiosk technology and worked in an account management capacity with stakeholders to ensure implementation success. Within the year, negotiated and closed a contract for 24 units totaling $500K.
Released e-signature (esig) application as its own product. OTech clients were underutilizing embedded esig technology. Designed strategy to increase awareness of esig and championed development of standalone technology as an add-on or separate purchase. Increased revenue dramatically with no R&D/development costs.
Successfully launched tablets and smaller footprint kiosks. Large kiosk technology was the standard at OTech. Recognized need to add tablet and smaller kiosk hardware platforms and won approval from CEO to test concept. Idea was well-received by customers due to lower price point/smaller footprint and sales took off.
Developed highly-effective new sales scripts manual. Brought sales script ideas into OTech selling process by writing down exactly what to say at every turn in a sales presentation. Wrote down key questions asked by customers and developed responses to further the dialogue and uncover customer concerns.
New follow-up strategy produced results. OTech overlooked farming their own client base for future sales. Initiated an email and phone follow-up campaign during first year with company. Increased sales to existing accounts that produced higher margins and created substantial customer loyalty.

Responsible for business development with C-level contacts among healthcare providers in sales of integrated software and hardware solutions for patient information and payment processing. Many contributions in marketing support while increasing unit sales 100% over the last two years.
Business Development Manager, 2013-2015. Built partner relationships with healthcare IT software vendors. Overhauled website, videos and sales collateral to echo features, benefits and value in new branded content.
