Hired to create, implement and manage the President’s initiative of a fully functioning Office of Corporate Partnerships at Webster University worldwide. Established formal partnerships with over 280 global companies, including Fortune 500 and privately-held firms.

Assisted in the conception and development of an institution-wide Global Leadership Academy for faculty and staff at Webster across the world.

Enhanced Corporate Partnerships Webster’s financial infrastructure by $1.2M for the 2012/13 academic year. In 2014, increased enrollments by 28% over prior year.

Designed an institution-wide CRM system capturing corporate and organizational relationships across schools and colleges to ensure consistency of information sharing across the university.

Work with Deans and faculty on curriculum development of graduate, undergraduate, certificate and seminar programs matching core competencies and class outcomes from corporate partners.

Senior Government Affairs Analyst, 2000-2010

Provided business analyst and project management support for the Government Affairs department, which involved contact with senior management, Boards of Directors, internal/external personnel, contracted lobbyists, and federal, state and local representatives, as well as membership in 150 professional trade organizations.

Managed customer relationships with all national accounts. Transformed and managed the Government Affairs Website, and turned it into a primary vehicle for external communications efforts, which included maximizing communications, decreasing promotional costs, managing and expanding the website (and intranet) content, and design.

Managed the corporate political action committee (PAC) contributions of $500k, and by utilizing map software developed resources for legislative officials representing the company’s operations in a 36-state region.

Handled all FEC reporting, and prepared and managed department budgets of $3M combined; prepared department budget and financial information for the Executive Committee.
