SAP EDI Implementation Team: Design/develop various mappings converting IDOCS, Flat file, EDI and XML formats.

Design and develop Business Processes in SI and setup RFC using SAP suite.

Design and architect the flow of documents between SI and SAP (Both customer and supplier transactions)

Analyze IDOC interface issues in SAP and provide a solution to the development (ABAP) team to correct the issue.

Easton Bell sports is a merger of different companies like Easton, Bell, Giro, Blackburn and Riddell. EBS is the world’s leading designer and marketer of helmets and accessories for auto racing, power sports, bicycling, fitness, baseball, hockey and other action sports. EBS is a major SAP warehouse who use GIS (Gentran Integration Suite) to do their EDI with their customers like Sears, Wal-Mart, Toys r US etc.

Responsibility:

Managed a team of one onsite and two off shore to support and manage projects.

Minimized the EDI project completion time from 6 weeks to 2 weeks by creating generic maps for most of the transaction and having EDI customer requirements form that had to be filled out before starting a project.

Modified existing BPS to accommodate special process for certain customer in directing the data to different folders and stop the data from going to production SAP.

Responsible to test conversions/ interface programs to ensure the transfer of customer and material master data from legacy to SAP/R3 system.

Configured and tested the SAP EDI Inbound and Outbound transactions related to 3PL.

Involved in designing and testing of new inbound function ZIDOC_INPUT_SHPCON for the ZDELVRY IDOC to incorporate the Business logic for the validation of ship confirmation from 3PL.

Broadlane has helped many healthcare providers in reducing their costs, labor and quality issues by providing transformational business services. Some of the top clients are TENET, Sisters of charity, William Beaumont, Christus Health, Kindred and many more.

I have joined Broadlane as an EDI developer to help integrating more clients using Gentran Server for NT. In 2007 Broadlane changed their EDI to Sterling’s Gentran Integration Suite. I help in migrating more than 300 partners from NT to GIS 4x. Created and modified Business process using BP Modular & GIS BP editor. When it was time to move partners live in GIS did a phased roll out so that the change will be invisible to the partners.

Created many BP using different services and adapters such as FSA, Translator, EDI Coder, XML, HTTP etc.

Finlay Fine Jewelry is one of the leading retailers of fine jewelry and the largest operator of leased fine jewelry departments in department stores throughout the United States. Finlay Fine Jewelry has a Retek system which generates the Application flat file which is sent over to the Gentran server imported through a Ground Control script saved in the server which runs in regular time intervals as specified in the script. Similarly when the documents are exported from gentran to flat file into exports/post, this flat file is sent over to the RMS & Move 7i system through a Ground Control Script which runs on time specified by the script. After validating ASN the merchandise is sent to our buyers who are “The May Department Stores”, “Federated Department Stores”, “Saks Incorporated Department Stores” and other department stores.
