OBJECTIVES AT LILLY EGYPT .

Member in Global Manufacturing Procurement team

Manufacturing Procurement for all pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Lilly Egypt.

Manage the MRP Material Requirements Planning for all Mfg. site

Drive the procurement process for all manufacturing components and raw materials.

Lead internal and external supplier relationships for Lilly Egypt manufacturing site, with internal and external stakeholders to assure supply.

Manage the component supplier selection process including strategy, market analysis, source selection, and contract negotiations

Lead the process of Placing orders and operational monitoring of suppliers evaluation and Approve PO in the system.

Develop and implement local SRM processes with strategic and critical vendors; support the regional SRM processes.

Performs on- time financial calculation of the forecasted and the actual savings; proposes actions for vendors improvement.

This includes purchasing, sourcing for new suppliers and process of contract stipulation. Included in the role knowledge of (ERP) software- BPCS system, OSSCE and quality systems

Drive the procurement metrics process on (ERP) software BPCS system MRP & OSSCE (Operational Standards for Supply Chain Excellence)

Develop and maintain knowledge of market dynamics in the pharmaceutical container closure and excipient markets

Understand Lilly's pharmaceutical operations and Parenteral Products Network requirements. Work directly and closely with Parenteral Products Network leadership, Supply Chain and manufacturing site functions

Follow-up with warehouse transactions & stocks

Was member in OSSCE Team and we have OSSCE – Class A – 2 YEARS
