Currently documents are often stored in desktop folders or on network file shares until finalized and the completed documents are then printed to paper and inserted into the hardcopy folder .Enterprise content management solution project will be to provide the functionality to streamline processing all business content (paper, faxes, emails, electronic content) across various departments and line of business.

Was responsible for the following configuration and development activities

VScan – Vscan task which allows the user to import the documents to the Taskmaster

PageID – PageID task is used to split the documents and set Document Type index field value.

Batch Profiler (Rule Runner) - Batch profiler task performs the PageID, CreateDocs, Recognize, Find Fingerprint and Routing rule sets

Verify (Index) - Verify task performs the Indexing and also execute the validation rule set. Index user will do lookup for Document name and check and validate the problem status field objects identified in Validate rule set.

Export (Rule Runner) -- ExportP8 rule set was used to Export the PDF documents and fields information to the content engine repository.

The thin client configuration is accessed to process documents and update to monitor with document process status. The entire application database is maintained in SQL server 2008. RV2 reports has been configured to this application for report generation.

DMSScan Solution scans the images from physical scanner using three different individual jobs according to document type need to be created and barcode will be identified if exists on pages and move to manual indexing. Once the manual indexing has been completed the documents will exported in Pdf format to respective document type folders in FileNet repository. The thin client configuration is accessed from five different locations to process documents and update to monitor from which location documents has been scanned and processed. The entire application database is maintained in SQL server 2008. RV2 reports has been configured to this application for report generation.

WCF HR Application scans the images from the input folder and process to the manual indexing level of verification for look up metadata from DB2 database. Manual Indexing is implemented for Thin and Thick clients with physical scanner connectivity. Application has the feasibility of splitting a batch into different documents and deleting the documents from the batch in User-verify level. After Successful validations images are exported to Content Engine in a searchable PDF format along with metadata.

Project Name – Safe back file conversion process

Safe Back file conversion project was developed in a combination of Asp.net Web and Datacap application. Web Application functionality was to extract documents from content engine to file system with each record inserted in App DB which is SQL server 2008 R2. Web interface design was same as work place Advance search template has.

User was provided to search documents with ID, company name, Released version, Date created, Creator, and Mime Type. According to search criteria documents will be populated in the format of table. User can download single document or multiple documents at a time.

After downloading documents Data cap application will pick and start document processing. Application will converts multi tiff or PDF to single tiff images and start recognizing it through fingerprint & word find identification. According to Page identification process pages get split to their respective document types. Datacap will collect metadata of document from DB and export to content engine with metadata and document by converting to searchable PDF format.
