DEPARTMENT SENIOR DIRECTOR: Managed the 18-person Creative Department. The Creative Department identified project scope, defined key creative objectives and conceptualized/produced creative approach used across the corporation and its 20 private brands.

• Led the creative team that executed 50 to 150 creative projects weekly in print, online, broadcast, packaging, retail environment, B2B, and social media.

• Created the corporate style guides, seasonal style guides, product style guides and retail store style guides.

• Recruited and mentored art directors, designers and copywriters into a nationally award- winning creative team.

• Reorganized the creative team structure and workflow resulting in a 100% on-target, on-time, on-budget marketing creative department. Reduced contractor spend by $50,000 a month.

TELEVISION AND RADIO PRODUCER: Produced all television and radio advertising spots. Wrote, produced and directed sales collateral videos for ecomm and social media.

• Captured iTunes #1 spot for an entertainment apps and the #2 spot for all apps (second only to GoogleMaps) during the 2012, 2013 and 2014 holiday seasons.

• Produced “Elves invade Union Square” [http://bit.ly/1n6UsDs]. Project managed: 300 actors; 100 dancers; 3 choreographers; 400 costumes; 10-camera video crew, video director, and editors. Project timeline – 4 weeks from ideation to execution.

Managed the creative direction and day-to-day operations of the Corporate Creative Department. This team conceptualized, designed and produced all of the proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral for the major business pursuits.

• Created and oversaw corporate brand style guides for all 12 creative departments across the country.

• Initiated an international intranet graphics database to efficiently bring a consistent look to the global brand.

Art Directed and project managed the creative departments in five states for this Big Four accounting firm. Creative services designed and produced all printed material for the firm in the Great Lakes area.
