I worked at columbia Hospital security from August 1990 t0 December 2011 until hospital closed down.I prepared daily reports,responded to several codes.I dealt with suicidal and combatant patients.prepared several incident reports.Hazmat and hospital CPR trained.worked with mentally ill patients.worked with critical,cancer care and diabetic patients.Transported expired patients from emergency department,surgery,cancer floor,diabetes floor,caterization proceedure room,EKG to the morgue.Release expired patients to License Funeral Directors.performed motorist assist and prepared accident reports.patrolled entire hospital ground and building perimeter.checked all fire extinguisher and was trained to use the right ones for fire or chemical evacuation.prepared missing property reports.Trained how to search and locate patients medical records.Trained to assist and evacuate patients during tornados,bomb threats,chemical spills,and biological chemical attacks.Trained to know and respond to several hospital codes.code blue combatant patient.code pink infant adoption in nthe maternity ward.code white bomb threat.code grey severe weather storm watch.Help assist with helicopter flight for life landing.Assisted with hospice escorts.Assisted grieving family members when they are about to loose their love ones.contacted milwaukee police department when a crime is committed on hospital property or help police identify culprits.
