Description The client is one of the leading names in the Hollywood entertainment industry. The ask was to design and develop a data warehouse for Lucas where we capture analytical data from various Social media sites like Twitter, Facebook YouTube and load it on to the Data Hub. The data from various analytical websites was captured using the Social Media sites and loaded into the Hub. The data capturing is done in an automated manner using the Social Media API calls and loaded into the Warehouse in the form of Facts and dimensions. The data size is in terms of about a million records flowing into the warehouse.

On the Big Data side, the Hadoop framework is used to parse the Weblogs and generate KPIs out of the Apache Weblogs of the Starwars site
