Developing Quality Control by monitoring incoming, in-progress and final inspection of procedures, Site specific job done& documentations.

Ensuring significant contribution in reducing the CAPEX cost against corporate BOQ rates & OPEX cost.

Evaluating Vendor performance to ensure site work with quality parameters, supply of quality materials. Implementing various techniques for ‘execution completion’ time reduction, analysis of data, conduction of training, cost benefit analysis, implementation & post audits (internal & external).

Team Management

Ascertaining the specific training needs to field staff’s as well as specific team’s and accordingly arranging training programs for improving learning curve towards performance enhancement.
