Responsibilities: The setting up of OMNI (a record keeping system) for automated transaction processing, project work including lead processor/analyst for a front end system used to code OMNI and writing of Business Requirements for Enhancements requested.

Projects included:

oDesigning and programming an Excel spreadsheet that is used for setting up OMNI. The spreadsheet holds all of the necessary information needed to update the system, converts the information into system coding, and produces a summary of the information being updated for a client to review and verify the updates are as expected.

oLead processor/analyst for a front end system used to code OMNI which includes responsibilities of scheduling and running periodic meetings, organizing testing of upgrades and organizing any information needed for reported defects.

oUser Acceptance Testing during major releases. All defects found were reported through Quality Center.

Responsibilities: Project work, working with clients to determine the best method of file transmission which may include file specifications, Excel applications, web based applications, or customized SIP profiles as well as correcting any issues that may arise files, testing clients files to ensure data will properly load to record keeping systems, writing of Business Requirements for Enhancements requested and being point person for both the team and other departments when research needs to be done.

oInvalid File Project: Communicated with clients in order to correct technical errors with their data.

oPIRS Software Rebuilds: Using PC applications built/rebuilt client specific software packages.

oFile Reformat Program: Developed user documentation.

oVMXO2 Conversion: Screen design, research, developed specifications, presented business groups with demonstration and documentation, returned feedback to programming for analysis, application testing, training of business groups.

oSecurity Reviews: Review of dataset and application security reports, downgrading of unnecessary access, communication with business groups and security team to ensure smooth transition during downgrades.

oECI Training: Developed testing procedures and trained team members on the testing files and general record keeping. This included ongoing updates as enhancements are done as well as training for technical and non-technical departments.

oUser Acceptance Testing during major releases. All defects found were reported through Quality Center.
