Communicated with Coca-Cola Executive Sales rep to provide contract guidelines and customer profile was setup for each new account; managed accounts and communicated closely with executives as it relates to all on-going activities.

Maintained open communication with clients from opening accounts, remodels/replacements/relocations and installations.

Closes the work orders after completion.

Resolves any issues that may arise throughout the entire installation process or throughout the life of the contract with Coca-Cola or referred to appropriate department for resolution.
