2016 - Present

CRAFT CONSTRUCTION: Commercial general contracting – Land development / assisted living facilities / hotel construction

General Superintendent / Project Manager: General contracting of commercial projects, including assisted living facilities and hotels. Complete site operations of land development, construction oversite and delivery schedule. Liaison with; ownership, owner’s representatives, project lender, architect and engineering teams, building department and governing jurisdictions, threshold inspectors and testing compliance. Daily management of subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, schedules, RFI’s, change orders, shop drawing and submittal development review and approval, project QA and QC, documentation control, complete oversight of and delivery of project.

2014 - 2015

AVENTURA CONSTRUCTION: Commercial general contracting – Land development / convenience stores with fuel center construction

Senior Project Manager: Multi state general contracting of national chain convenience / retail petroleum distribution stores. Site operations management, land development, construction, budgeting, scheduling. Manage remote on-site construction teams in multi state environments.
