Managed 10-16 IS professionals ranging from programmers to project managers, BA's and QA staff. Provided project management, design, implementation and support of multiple Sales System applications(Windows and Web). Web systems were written in Java and also .NET. These systems provided life insurance illustrations and quotes via complex actuarial calculations. These calculations were used for every Sales Illustration presented. Worked closely with the Actuarial department to deliver accurate insurance calculations.

Coordinated development of customized automated QA regression solutions

Provided QA to complex insurance subsystems and overall QA of 3 production systems with 4 to 6 annual releases.

Provided insurance calculations for the entire line of Life Insurance Policy sales via new and inforce illustrations of product values and features. A single common calculation Web Service was shared with 5 to 8 calling applications.

Provided Version Control and Release Management leadership direction and oversight.

Coordinated the integration of Windows based applications from Windows to Web Services, then to Java and finally to IOS.

Streamlined primary system processes by 200% on two occasions.

Improved system output generation by the installation of new PDF generation components.
