Eng) responsible for the development of products from early design to High Volume Manufacturing
within the High End Servers Division. Responsible for driving cost, quality and TTM goals for High
End Server Division and board programs.
Launched 4 major programs into production meeting cost, quality and TTM targets
Initiated supplier integration project which integrated low-level assembly into chassis which
resulted in $20 per unit saving; $450,000 annual savings.
Implemented a new DFM (Design for Manufacturing) tool; Valor, that reduced manual checking
of board CAD releases improving quality and time to market (TTM).
