Value Stream Mapping – Manufacturing of Horns

This project involves identification of non – value added activities during the various processes of Horn assembly. It mainly focuses on increasing productivity through effective implementation of lean tools.

Web Based Remote Access of Industrial Application using Automation Tools (PLC, SCADA & VFD).

This project deals with controlling of multiple induction motor via web based remote access by using programmable logic controller and SCADA Software and we developed the simulation of bottle filling system by using SCADA software.

CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS:

Assisted in External audit by TUV Rheinland and verified the effectiveness of QMS.

Captured Customer Specific Requirements for various customers like Robert Bosch, Mitsubishi fuso, Toyota, VW India, Skoda, Navistar, NACCO, PACCAR, Harley Davidson, and successfully implemented to improve the effectiveness of the processes.

Prepared Questionnaire for Process audit and System audit inline with VDA 6.3 and customer specific requirements to meet the effective conformance.
