PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Sealed Air Corporation is a packaging company known for its brands: Cryovac food packaging, Bubble Wrap cushioning, and Diversey cleaning and hygiene. Sealed Air Corporation has three divisions: Food Care, Product Care and Diversey Care.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Extract various raw business data’s, transform and manipulate data’s according to business requirements using Informatica tool .(ETL Process)

Load and generate reports for the transformed data and deliver it to the clients.

To Design, develop, integrate, test, Support and maintain new ETL mapping enhancements according to the requirements using Informatica Sql/Plsql languages.

Analyze the Incident and Major tickets as per the Requirements and share to the Business users.

Preparation of WSR and MSR on Weekly and Monthly basis and share with Manager and Clients.

Provide the status of transition to the supervisor on time.

Assist in knowledge transfer / training for the project team

Responsibilities mainly included Client interaction, onsite coordination, incident management and problem management.

Conduct RCA and identify issue for all critical, urgent tickets and escalated to client through manager for ME activities
