Eliminated duplication of services and staffing and achieved a savings of over $1M while providing better service to internal and external clients.

Saved more than $300K in the first year along by centralizing purchasing and creating an internal policy to bid out items over $1,000.

Renovated bookstores and introduced new line items which increased sales from $5.5M to $9.4M and enabled stabilization of operating budget by diversifying income sources as well as the creation of an annual scholarship of $418K.
