Product Manager and Technical support for architects, sales reps and installation companies for Armstrong's Serpentina line of curved ceiling systems. Supported the sales force, architects and clients, providing articulate descriptions, price quotes, and implementation of the product for both new and existing designs. Produced CAD drawings, illustrations and overlays, which were sent to the client. Provided on-going communications between the architects, contractors, and Armtrong’s sales force. This ensured a clear understanding of the product and correct implementation of it. Presented live demonstrations to the architects at HOK, as well and other clients to introduce and describe the Serpentina product. Collaborated with Armstrong International to assist in production of some of their sales brochures, based on my clear understanding of the product.
