- Situation: Used experience in program analyst to Transparency Data Collection Team. Action: Demonstrated linkage between data being collected and Budget Documents prepared for Office of Secretary of Defense and Congress.

- Situation: Assisted transparency team with advance use of Office Products. Action: Instructed team on the use of advance chart analysis and use of vLookup. Also used advance skills in word to compare documents for latest changes. Lastly, use of power point skills to present data to senior leaders in a clear and concise manner.

Mobilized in 2003 and assigned Observer Controller/ Trainer when Army Reserves and Active Army Training Brigades merged to conduct lanes training for deploying units. 2 years’ experience with Simulation exercises conducting Battalion Brigade and Division Staff training. Major accomplishment includes being mobilized in Feb 03 to Jan 05 training deploying units at Fort Bragg, Fort Dix, Fort Drum, and Fort Stuart. These units included Civil Affairs Unit, MISO Teams (Psychological units), Medical, Engineers, Military Police, and Infantry units going into Theater.
