• Oversee the implementation and completion of newly created Campus Wide Security Program, detailing portfolio wide upgrades and enhancements. Including new LED lighting throughout building perimeters and interior hallways, installation of 250 strategically placed security cameras linked via secured internet to main office and well as the ability to be directly viewed by the local police precinct, restoration of all existing fire escapes, replacement of concrete entrance ways, courtyards, rear yards as well as all exterior stairwells to ensure safe entrance and emergency Portfolio Wide Preventative Maintenance egress.
