Project Details:

1. Dual Spark Ignition for Improve Fuel Economy and Emission on Two stroke Engine (Final year B.E.)

Role Design and Manufacture

Description In this project we using dual spark instead of single spark ignition in two stroke engine and calculate to improve fuel economy and emission. We are trying to increase the temperature in combustion chamber and burn maximum charge. And reduce HC, CO, CO2, particulate matter, etc.

My Contribution I design combustion chamber for testing purpose. Successfully improve fuel economy and control on emission.

2. Baja SAE 2014 (Third year)

Description In 2013-2014 our team was selected for the SAE event of BAJA which is an intercollegiate design competition run by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). Teams of students from universities all over the world design and build off-road cars. The cars have engines of the same specifications. The teams are judged on ergonomics, functionality, and producibility of their cars; ensuring that the final placement of the team does not rest solely on the vehicle's performance but rather on a combination of static and dynamic events.

My Contribution One Click PPT in virtual round is the great achievement in this project is done by me and 3 others. This project was dividing in various sections like design, manufacture, marketing, testing, etc. I worked on transmission and breaking section of this car. 3. Electronic Fuel Injection (Diploma)

Description In that project we were trying to make modernize fuel feed system. We used fuel injector which is electronically programmed and controlling in to the pressure of the fuel feed system and avoids wastage of the fuel.

My Contribution Design a prototype of fuel injector and testing. Achievements & Extra Curriculum:

Industrial training in “Maintenance, servicing & overhauling of automotive petrol engine” in central government of Advance Training Institute Mumbai.

Two months internship training in authorized Maruti-Suzuki platinum dealer ASPA Bandon’s Pvt. Ltd.

Participated in national level Best innovation awards competition which is organizing by GHR Labs & research centre.

Participated in intercollegiate level football.
