Review plans and see if there are required subcontractors. Also coordinates with landlord and client representatives to check if they are union/non-union. Also reviews scope of work of the project.

Coordinate with estimator regarding other project requirements if needed.

Coordinate with project managers/site superintendents/account managers on multiple/different project needs.

Assist the estimator from time to time in estimating projects.
