Using my Cost Accounting experience I developed a successful client-training program based on the trial and error process and misconceptions which confronted me when learning the software on my own. The training program consisted of two one week classes, Basic and Advanced. It lead the user through a case study of a model company and the Cost Accounting issues that will be solved by the correct implementation of the software. It has been a revenue producer in the way of additional sales and retraining old clients. I increased positive customer relations with the combination of software and Cost Accounting knowledge.
