Key Responsibilities:
Independently do the overhauling of Different types of Valves (Gate Valves, Ball Valves, Fisher Control Valves, Rotating Control device (Williams), Down hole Deployment
Repairing Calibration of Pressure Relief Valves
Repair and maintenance of High volume vacuum pumps, Centrifugal pumps, Screw pumps etc.
Active member of Commissioning and testing of project packages like Compression equipment packages, Under Balanced drilling equipment packages well testing equipment packages etc.
Operate heavy forklift whenever required to carry out on responsibilities.
Prepare the scope of work and parts required to carry out the task.
Prepare all the maintenance documents as Per Company Quality assurance policy
Active member of the daily tool box meeting and Weekly safety meetings.
Coordinates all related workshop activities of Valve repairs based on Preventive Maint: Schedule, as per program requirements whilst under the guidance of the Senior Supervisor and ensures properly documented before start the job.
Hydro testing, and Various Mechanical repairs on Workshop Equipment (high pressure pipe lines, separator, Vessels, Fluid Transfer Pump skids with flow line, S.T tanks etc…) and Skids.
Performed other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Technician, Field operator
Repairing of various Mechanical Equipment and Diesel engine associated Machinery.
Repairs both in-place or in the workshop diesel engines for main propulsion plants for various types of welding task w/ papers work support documents from workshop supervisor.
Coordinates and records the use of all on-site spare parts and conducts inventory in accordance with the daily consumables being utilized during the operation and ensures the relevant records are forwarded and allowing suitable time for operation and to establish a replacement parts.
Performed other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
