Margin/Profitability Improvement – Spearheaded “Margin Maniac” project to address declining margins at Fossil. Drove strong and sustained improvements, adding 200 basis points – $40M – to bottom line six consecutive years with no increase in prices.

Logistics/Supply Chain Acceleration – Streamlined and accelerated speed to market of new products at Fossil and Bulova.
