INTRODUCTION
I have about 8 years of diverse experience in Welding and Painting Inspection including about 4 years of experience with M/s.Offshore Engineering Resources Pte Ltd, Singapore, (Principal- M/s. Swiber offshore construction Pte Ltd, Singapore). I am a sincere and hardworking person and continued my duties to become a more active participant within the QC team. I have shown versatility and a keen willingness to impress and to be an important member of the team.

Summary of responsibilities:
Review of Quality Manual, Quality Plan - procedures and work-instructions, Method Statement etc.
Review Inspection & Test Plan, Test package and Final completion documentation
Monitor, handle and control Quality control requirements for the project.
Coordinate and communicate with company Inspectors, Client Representatives, Third Party Inspectors and Project Management Team.
Preparation of WPS and witnessing PQR, WPS & mechanical tests.
Conduct Welder Qualification Tests and control of welders' performance in production welding.
Familiar with wide range of materials including carbon steel, low alloy steels, stainless steels & all common welding processes like SMAW, FCAW,GTAW and GMAW.
Checking the correctness of materials being used.
Perform visual weld inspection.
Documentation of QA/QC records and Inspection reports.
Radiographic film interpretation and evaluation in compliance with relevant codes.
Various painting/coating, visual inspection of abrasive, grit, garnet, blasting/painting/coating by using the following measuring instruments: Whirling Hygrometer, dew point Calculator, Wet film thickness Comb gauge, Testex Tape, Surface Profile gauge, Coating thickness gauge, Hypodermic Needle Pressure Gauge, Holiday Detector, Wet Sponge Pin Hole Detector, Chloride Detector SCM 400 salt tester, Dolly Test etc.
Using computer for my day to day reporting and documentation activities.
