Mr. Gillen managed all aspects of Telecommunications to support production and shipping requirements 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He was responsible for the supervision of eleven employees and 2,000 computer devices for four production facilities in five states. Other responsibilities included the procurement, delivery, and installation of all computer systems, as well as the training of company employees to ensure safe and accurate implementation of computer equipment. Mr. Gillen served as Project Manager for document imaging implementation for processing customer orders, and for the implementation of technology infrastructure for construction of new and existing buildings. He has written and designed statements of work for bids and delivered quality in a safe working environment.

1991-1997

Business Analyst Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, Piketon, Ohio

Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, Inc., responsible to the Department of Energy (DOE) for Environmental Restoration of the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant.

Mr. Gillen assisted with compliance for OSHA, RCRA, and CERCLA sampling for regulatory requirements. He had extensive knowledge of the plant site and operations under DOE guidelines, and assisted with records management, inventory control, disaster recovery, and database maintenance to ensure reporting compliance.

He was responsible for records management and computer support for Health Physics, Environmental Safety and Health, Accounting, Payroll, Travel, and Finance Departments. Mr. Gillen also managed compliance for training and employee medical records, as well as for various technical staff and union workforce.
