FactSet develops unique combination of risk and quantitative analytics tools. Managed the QA and Support of Portfolio Analytics, Risk, Fixed Income and Quantitative FactSet applications.

Responsibilities:

Developed and Updated the big suite of test plans for the Portfolio Analytics stream of FactSet applications.

Managed the regression testing of different prebuilds created by Product Developers/Engineers part of new enhancements with the regression team in India.

Worked on creating Publisher Automated Batcher test cases by setting up the test docs from PD test accounts to the QA test account and eventually set it up for automation.

Played a key role in managing the weekly No-Go’s for the weekly install schedule and make sure the RPDs are resolved or made Go-Acceptable before the install time.

Managed the Client releases and QA of Commodity XL which is a trading software for different kinds of commodities. CXL is considered the most advanced software solution for multi-market commodity and enterprise risk management.

Responsibilities:

Worked on the development of test plans, test strategy, test matrix, test scenarios, test cases to establish the work flow of the testing process using HP Quality Center.

Developed the test Cases with overview, scope, references, assumptions, pre-requisites, dependencies, and unit test exit criteria along with detailed test process steps.

Responsible for making Application Server Builds and Client Builds. Also worked on automated builds using Hudson.

Worked on the functional testing of the CXL application and also on the Source Code Release for some of the Triple Point Clients who want access to the Source Code.
