This system is integrated with CISS (Carrier International Service System). Reports the Sales Engineer’s performance on daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly by branch wise & Kingdom level information. On Implementation of the above system, Management awarded me as a Quality employee of the company. Weekly Business Report System:
A comprehensive MIS Reports system giving online results of daily business activities covering the areas of Booking of maintenance contracts, Sales of Parts, Receivables etc., along with comparison with previous year & planned figures. Quotation System:
Targeted to the Sales Engineers (SE) as well as the Management, this is an online system providing Quotation entry functionalities to the SE for their service quoting, follow-up, subsequent actions and performance reporting. Complaints Call Back System:
Addressing the needs of Technicians & Management with the results of callbacks, the system also indicates how many complaints have been received, rectified, pending and other related information. The system also shows the performance of the technicians in attending the complaints & subsequently cost incurred per call. Y2K Compliance of CISS in a record time of three months (Over one million lines project) Our site is the only site across Carrier World Wide network that is using this system as other sites have written-off this system due to non-Y2K compliance.
