I became the office manager of the dental office where I was employed for many years. My duties included but were not limited to all aspects of office management including giving the dentist confidence in timely and correct clerical work using Easy Dental software, hiring, training and management of staff and promoting his practice with a caring, friendly yet professional manner to his patients by overseeing the schedule for timely treatment and utmost productivity to the bottom line. In addition to managing the office I was his senior dental assistant. Personal

I have an avid interest in health and the outdoors. I regularly cycle and hike. I earned my certification in the West Virginia Master Naturalist Program and certification as a West Virginia Heritage Steward. I am a member of The West Virginia Native Plant Society, The West Virginia Mushroom Club, The Holly River State Park Foundation (where I was given accolades for my many hours of volunteer efforts in keeping trails maintained and helping park employees with their duties) The Friends of the Five Hundred and The West Virginia Scenic Trails Association (where I have also given many hours of volunteer effort on The Allegheny Trail) To keep accreditation with The Naturalist Program I have done many hours of varied volunteer activities and attending continuing education classes around the state.
