Integration of Telecom OSS for several mobile operators on 50+ customer’s sites such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Rogers Wireless etc. Also worked for Ericsson customers on a worldwide basis in countries such as India, Ecuador, Jamaica, Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, Congo DRC, Guinea Conakry, Madagascar, Nigeria etc. These projects goes from Maiden installations of hardware, network cablings, network equipment, OSS, Upgrades of OSS, FOA for OSS, Migration of OSS, on-site mentoring newly recruited engineers.

Testing and monitoring of new tools and applications to ensure that it satisfies customer’s needs before handing over for production. Ensuring that all nodes such as BSS nodes are in sync with the OSS.

The OSS integration for each site involves the installation of Unix (solaris) on several different type of different hardware, configurations of the disk storage systems for file systems in Veritas or disk suite, installing Sybase databases, installing the OSS applications and getting it on the LAN and operator’s WAN.
