Responsibilities:

•Accurately processing prescriptions and dispensing medicines

•Advise patients on prescription information and explain how they should administer the medication and when.

•Liaise with other medical staff on problems patients may experience when taking their medicines

•Enters data such as patient name, prescribed medication and cost, to maintain pharmacy files, charge system, and inventory. Document and control all records that make filing easy.

•Assist fellow staff to interpret physicians’ prescriptions for patients during rush hour on daily basis
