ACHIEVEMENTS

Designed a comprehensive quoting system used at 2 different companies that took into account multiple facets of the business. This provided sales people with a better system for quotes as well as providing proof of our cost history for credibility to the customer’s procurement managers.

Improved overall employee satisfaction at Coverall through increased benefits and profit sharing. These changes reduced staff turnover and training costs, which helped to increase sales and profits.

Implemented an Activity Based Costing system in less than 3 months. This was instrumental in allowing us to see which customers and products were contributing to the bottom line.

Rebuilt trust with an OEM’s cost analyst that had been lost through poor handling of his concerns by the account manager. Consequently, we won back their trust and were returned to the Preferred Supplier list, and received the price we had originally quoted. The CEO of our company was impressed enough to create a new cost analyst position in sales to ensure these challenges did not happen again.

Being chosen by my peers to be part of the HEART committee, an employee/company profit sharing plan. This committee planned, organized and budgeted large-scale employee appreciation events and public relations activities.

Contributed to the selection of new software that would meet the needs of our growing company, at a cost that was less than comparable brands.

Prepared a claim against an equipment manufacturer for lost revenues and increased production cost due to below standard output. As a result, we were the first company to ever succeed at collecting on such a claim.

Received a personal note of thanks from the CEO of Wescast for the “Great job done with Ford” at a HEART function. This resulted in a promotion to a newly created sales position.

Numerous compliments from renters and owners of Blueberry Hill Condos, on how great the building looked.
