Project

Thesis research project « INNOVATIVE TECHNIQUES FOR FUTURE NETWORKS» aims to get higher rates and reliable transmissions. Based on faster than Nyquist signaling and other innovative telecommunication techniques this project targets to evolve future cellular network’s capability.

DISTANCE MEASURE »; derive and analyze a new model selection approach for blind modulation recognition of M-PSK and M-QAM signals in Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel. The proposed scheme does not incorporate any knowledge about transmission parameters and can derive an estimate of the operating Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR).

Engineer grade’s project « Resource allocation in OFDM Systems, Application in WiMAX systems » Study the OFDM (Orthogonal frequency division Modulation) systems and Simulate the OFDMA

(Orthogonal frequency division Multiple Access) access method in constant and variable bit rates in indoor and outdoor cases.

Second year’s Project « GSM Network Optimization », resolve the problem of optimal BTS implementation using a metaheuristic computational research and implement this method in a GIS program “ArcView”.
