Facilities Maintenance Manager
Played a key role in the development and setup of five distribution facilities, totaling over 1.4 million
square feet on a 74 acre site. Early in development of Michael Kors I was asked to join the team by
previous Senior Director from The Children’s Place Distribution. Overall responsible for three shifts of
sustained operations and maintenance with 46 direct reports, simultaneously working on development /
building the distribution campus.
Manage all maintenance activities to which include automated conveyor system.
Prior to taking possession of new facilities I worked along with real estate brokers, property owners and
property management teams.
Review real estate contracts / terms and conditions prior to sending to corporate legal for review.
Worked along with corporate insurance team to ensure all new vendors comply with company
requirements.

650,000 sq. ft. cross dock distribution facility. During construction of our E-Com facility in the absence of
a Facility Manager I was asked to oversee both buildings during construction.

the automated machinery in Mexico, once completed my focus was directed on the Mississippi location,
there I worked back and forth for 5 months laying out the manufacturing side of the business. Once
finished I was asked to join the ACCO BRANDS Wilson Jones binder division in Ontario Ca.
