Dollar General Distribution Center - Jonesville, SC - June 2009 to November 2012 It was my duty to count every piece of freight from inbound Trucks and to scan those products into the system, providing the product with locations with the appropriate labels. I had to be a great communicator with not only the Truck drivers but also with management giving answers to any discrepancies. I also maintained the highest integrity by NOT stealing products from those trucks like many others did. I also when needed would pull orders and place on the belts to be shipped to the stores. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

At Sears Holdings Corporation I started in Sales, I then moved to the Retention Dept where members wanted to cancel their protection agreements, my job was to show them the Value of KEEPING these agreements therefore retaining those dollars for the company. When I unsuccessful I would refund the appropriate monies to the member. Wanting to continue my growth I then applied for and was accepted as a Customer Service Representative, providing Floor support to the Phone agents as well as those dept. Managers. Finally, I was promoted from a Temp to a Permanent Training Advocate. I really enjoyed training, molding and developing the new hires. I also looked forward to the Weekly coaching sessions, the side-by-side monitors as well as the Silent monitoring. What I enjoyed as well was assisting in those departments where I had NO Knowledge, the thing I learned was if I didn't know the answer, I knew where to go for the answer and would retain that knowledge. Best way to grow and develop one's self. I'm very Thankful for the opportunities to grow and develop. I also looked forward to BEING Coached, anything to help me is most welcomed and appreciated.
