Over see front office responsibilities of answering and directing phone calls on demanding multiline phone system; directing foot traffic, ordering supplies, data entry for rig ticketing in Access, vehicle mileage, service reports and issues into TDS system, create spreadsheets as needed by managers and pushers, assist with department projects as requested.
