Positions held:

Aircraft mechanic – Supervised over 50 personnel, knowledge of electronics, mechanical / hydraulics plumbing, sheet metal structures, and removal and replacement of scheduled maintenance, and scheduled personnel for shifts.

Aircraft maintenance Supervisor - Scheduled heavy maintenance, restructured schedules of personnel for higher production output, maintained inventory for parts/ tools, and ensured proper training of personnel.

Quality Assurance Superintendent – Maintained programs, recreated Ground Safety program to include machinery operations, Fall Protection, Lock out Tag out, researched other bases to create the inspection process of all types of lifts to include cranes and hoists. Inspect all facets of maintenance and create processes to ensure safe environments. Created a more efficient and reliable Lock out program (ensuring safety when removing electrical components) used across the Air Force for Heavy aircraft.

Aerospace Ground Equipment Superintendent – knowledge of Electrical, Hydraulic removal and replacement of parts. Maintain inventory of all parts and tools ensure safety of all personnel and maintenance. Knowledgeable of OSHA standards and environmental protection processes for chemical safety using MSDS programs.

COMMUNICATION

Briefed 6 different bases on Lockout procedures, saving over 60k a year on equipment and man hours throughout the Air Force. Reenergized hoist and crane program instituting periodic inspections and proper documentation ensuring all types of cranes on McGuire AFB are in serviceable condition. Ensuring a 40% decrease of down time, established conference calls across the Military bases ensuring continuity compliance.
