Built Tellurian into a highly respected and recognized diversified financial services and sustainable developer and innovation incubation company, developing projects in 6 major metropolitan markets in the United States and strategic projects globally.

Engagements

Appointed to design and develop Qatar?s National Entertainment Strategy including the $5 Billion City of Wonder Attraction by Qatari Diar Real Estate in advance of Qatar?s hosting of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Conducted the feasibility study and brokered the proposal for Qatari Diar Real Estate for the $4.3B acquisition and development of the Alston Community Development Project for Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.

Performed the feasibility study and brokered the proposal for Qatari Diar Real Estate Company for the $3.8B Atlanta Symphony Center, including the development of a 56 floor commercial tower, 400 key 5-star hotel and the new Atlanta Symphony Hall.

Fund Development / Management

Established the $5 Billion Tellurian Investors I, a Limited Partnership focused on the development of five sustainable, smart city models named TechniCity. TechniCity ?Innovation Districts? are under development in New York City, Atlanta and Chicago.

Launched the $300M Tellurian HCRE (Healthcare Real Estate Fund) targeting four state region in the Southeastern United States, with Tellurian Funds, LLC serving as the General Partner.

Completing a $500 million Preferred Membership Interests Offering for Tellurian Operating Group, LLC.

Built $2.5b asset based company at Tellurian Operating Group, with the acquisition of $1.5B renewable energy portfolio and the development of $5b in real estate programs in NYC and Atlanta.

Co-Partnered with Roysson Global, in the launch of UNITY Senior Communities with five communities in Georgia, Mississippi and Florida. Introducing a new model of ?Generational Living Communities?.

Established the $2 Billion Custom Account for Limited Partners investing in and managing Entertainment Assets with leading Qatari Investors.

Designed and developed the new Entertainment Hub for the redevelopment of Brisbane Australia?s International Airport, awarded the final master plan design with partner Grimshaw Architects.

Raised $25M in P&A Funding for Tellurian Client, Eden Rock Media and the movie Tucker and Dale vs. Evil.

Philanthropic Efforts

Launched Her Highness Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser?s (Chief Consort of the Emir of Qatar) Global Initiative on Disabilities named One Billion Strong, securing commitment from First Ladies of 15 countries and ongoing management of the Initiatives global $100M annual campaign.

Led joint negotiations between US President William J. Clinton, H.E. Paul Kagame; President of the Country of Rwanda and Tellurian client creating Gishwati National Park, world?s largest reforestation project in Rwanda with more than 2 million hectares.

Designed and conducted the first Assistive Technologies Product Development Program between Qatar Foundation, The Shafallah Center for Children with Special Needs and the USC School of Cinematic Arts, producing two new highly successful products for children with Autism.

Launched online national job placement cooperative named Blue2Green for emerging green technology employment in underserved markets as part of the US Congress? 2008 Economic Stimulus Program.

World?s leading corporate financial advisory services company delivering solutions around executive deferred compensation through corporate and bank owned life insurance. Aegon Purchased Clark Consulting in August 2007.

Developed and managed Clark?s highest revenue corporate client, securing over $180M in deferred compensation funding for Abercrombie & Fitch Co. Successfully applied leadership and finance skills as a CEO and board member to understanding and meeting major client fund management needs.

VENTURE BACKED TECHNOLOGY START-UPS (RBN, Inc., Accelight Networks, Inc., Scion Photonics, Inc., Zaffire, Inc.) 2000 ? 2005

Served as CEO, President and Board Director in leading the growth and turnaround of four leading telecom transport technology companies (RBN, Inc., Accelight Networks, Inc., Scion Photonics, Inc. and Zaffire, Inc.) in the post-telecom growth period. Worked for major venture capital firms that included Kleiner Perkins, Menlo Ventures, Venrock, Granite Global Ventures and NIF Ventures.

Led three M&As. Reduced operating expenses in each of the technology start-ups managed. Built a reputation for a quick turnaround and solid ROI. Worked strategically with individual founders, board members, VCs and leading investment bankers in preparing companies for sale. Expanded operating and gross margins, while orchestrating the reduction of the monthly burn rates.

President, CEO and Board Director ? RBN, INC., San Francisco, CA & Sydney, NSW Australia

Coarse wave division multiplexing (CWDM) transport equipment manufacturer with primary product development offices in Sydney and 4 offices globally and $59M in annual revenues. Led the strategic introduction and marketing of the company?s first outside plant hardened CWDM product that increased telecom network bandwidth. Key customers included British Telecom, Sprint, PCCW and Telstra. (2003 ? 2005)

- Attained sales of $30M across five countries.

- Reduced monthly burn rate from $1.6M per month to $625K per month.

- Increased product gross margins from 23% to 44% by developing multiple vendor sourcing programs and incorporating Chinese manufacturing.

President, CEO and Board Director ? ACCELIGHT NETWORKS, INC., Pittsburgh, PA / Ottawa, Ontario ? Asked by VC to work out investment for shareholders for this all-optical MLPS transport equipment manufacturer following market failure during launch of its first switch. Firm was wound down in 2003. (2002-2003)

President, CEO and Board Director ? SCION PHOTONICS, INC., Milpitas, CA ? Early stage start-up and integrated solution provider to the fiber optic industry that developed and produced state of the art Array Wave Guides (AWG?s) for use in optical systems and subsystems. Key customers included CIENA, Cisco, HP, Nortel, Alcatel, and Agilent. (2001 ? 2003)

- Eliminated wasteful spending, reduced burn rate from $1.25M per month to less than $550K per month.

- Raised $25M in initial capital and sold Scion Photonics for $43M cash to JDS Uniphase (2003).

- Increased Scion?s gross margins from 32% to 51% by bringing foundry online in a record 8-month period.

Late-stage start-up with serious operational and cash flow issues and the leading manufacturer of dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) transport equipment for the telecom industry. Turned around company and led 378 engineers in developing product. Led launch into global markets. Customers included Flagg Telecom, Williams Communications, PCCW and KPN Qwest. (2000 ? 2001)

- Achieved global sales of $150M in Europe, Asia and US.

- Drove down monthly burn rate from $8.5M to $800K, achieving operational breakeven in nine months.

Promoted to increase ANTEC global sales and consolidate/integrate/restructure five recently acquired companies with global manufacturing operations in five countries. Converted corporate ERP and CRM systems worldwide, restructured manufacturing operations and streamlined entire global supply chain. Managed $200M operating budget, five manufacturing facilities (3,700 people) and global sales team of 240.

Grew ANTEC annual sales from $728M to $1.2B in 18 months.

Reduced costs by ~70%; rationalized inventory and decreased inventory turns from 86.1 days to 43 days.

Streamlined ANTEC?s 16 major product lines with 20,000 SKUs to 4 major product lines and 5,000 SKUs.

Improved ANTEC?s operating cash flows with 63% increase in EBITDA of $165M in 2000.

Increased Keptel?s new product introductions by ~400% in four months and increased sales 82% to $157M.
