-Arrange the selected personnel to mobilize job. Dealing with contract staff for any related matters/enquiries pertaining the their contract job with the client, such as mobilization date, contracts matters, job recruitment etc.

-Coordinate/Liaise with Operations Dept and our branch staff in any matters ie. Advise them on the actual start date/mobilization date of the personnel selected by client, contract matters, etc, in order for them to follow-up on PPE provision, visa application, arrange personnel to attend courses eg. Safety Training, etc., arrange flight, chopper booking, accommodation, car hire etc.

-Establish and maintain good rapport and relationship with the personnel, the client (oil & gas co), contract staff and principal.

-Preparation of contracts for the successful personnel upon award of the tenders/bids. To coordinate and assist the successful candidate in getting information on their job matters ie. Job rotation, location, benefits, entitlement, etc.

-Handling phone enquiries on any job recruitment matters from client, candidates, principals and Personnel.

-Arrange and maintain updated cv to the database.

-Establish and maintain proper filing.
