Help Data center engineers with configuration of Nexus 7000, Nexus 5000 and Nexus 2000 switches and deployment in production.

During low periods act as an escalation point to respond to the trouble tickets to resolve issues including but not limited to hard downs, slowness and latency issues, MACDs, circuit upgrades (Single T1 to up to 8xT1s and Ethernet HCFs circuits).
