1C Product Support Engineering team to prepare all necessary documentation to support FAA certification requirements.

Additionally, assisted in the generation of MSG-3 data that will be used to ultimately enable the airframe manufacturer to

create the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) that the airline customer will use in preparing their MPDs for

submittal to the airworthiness authorities. Also acted as engineering reviewer to edit maintenance procedures created for

the A320neo AMM and the Engine Shop Manuals. All data was produced and delivered on schedule to the airworthiness

Product Support Engineer On contract with GE Aviation. Provided technical support to the CFM56 Product Support

Engineering team to validate the CFM56-7B Engine Shop Manual to ensure that the maintenance procedures had

correctly been incorporated to support the introduction of the -7BE engine model installed on the Boeing 737-600/-700/-

800/-900. To accomplish this task, all -7B engine assembly drawings were reviewed against the current engine

maintenance procedures and changes made where necessary. Received a Letter of Commendation for outstanding

performance.

Product Support Engineer On contract with GE Aviation. Provided technical support to the GE90 Product Support

Engineering team to ensure that technical issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner. Assigned additional

responsibility to update the Transportation Manuals to provide the customers with the necessary information to transport

the world s largest commercial turbofan engine. Involved close coordination with Customer Support, GE Field Service

Reps, Systems Engineering, Design Engineering, Support Equipment Engineering, Maintainability Engineering,

Production Assembly, and Peebles Test Operation. Received a Letter of Commendation for outstanding performance.

Senior Technical Writer On contract with GE Aviation (GEA). Prepared Support Equipment Design Requests (SEDR s)

to support the design of assembly and maintenance tooling for the new GEnx turbofan engine. Interfaced closely with

GEA Maintainability Engineering, Support Equipment Tool Design, and Development Assembly to identify all required
