1.At present working as a Senior Lab Chemist – R & D and involves Operation & Maintenance of 8.0 MLD CETP systems including Pre-Treatment, Filtraion sections, Reverse Osmosis, Evaporator section, Reject Management systems (Reactor clarifier) in Tamilnadu Water Investment Company Limited, Tirupur.

Responsibilities in TWIC:

oPilot Plant Commissioning (Pre-treatment, MBR, UF, MF, Reverse osmosis, Nano Filtration, Brine recovery, Mixed Salt separation from Solar reject Effluent)

oOptimization of Treatment process for achieving the ZLD system

oEffluent Analysis, Monitor & Maintaining the Parameters (ex: pH, TDS, TH, COD, BOD, DO, TH, Cl, SO4, Nitrogen, Phosphate, Silica, etc) in ETP treatment systems.

oReduce the Organic matters, TSS, color, Hardness in Pre-Treatment components

oReuse the Product water from Reverse Osmosis Plant for textile industries

oRecover the Brine from Evaporator reject for reuse in textile industries.

oReuse the Filtration regeneration effluent (Very High Color & Hardness, COD) by Lime-Soda Softening Process.

oEnsure the new received chemicals by trial analysis before taking the large scale for treatment systems like Cation & Anionic polymer resins, HCl, H2SO4, NaOH, etc.

oFollow up the monthly chemical consumption & requirements

oFollow up & Maintaining the Records including Laboratory, Pollution board documents, Plant flow meter readings, etc
