Director of Operations

Directed daily operations and P&L of $50+ M, over 325 employees, of 3 shifts printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer, focusing on quick-turn and technologically advanced PCB. Responsibilities included program/project management, supply chain, maintenance, process engineering, quality lab, recruiting/hiring, creating training programs, shop floor scheduling and capital budgeting, implementation and reorganizing of 15 departments for maximum productivity. Key achievements:

Responsible for leading, managing and monitoring the successful delivery of operations across multiple departments and cross functional teams. Created and implemented daily performance metrics to track and meet company’s financial goals.

Implemented yearly and monthly KPI’s for manufacturing and operations, raised the bar year after year. Increased each goal by 2 points to 4 points in last 4 years and was able to sustain goal.
