MIG Welding with the ability to not burn through the sheet metal, because it is very thin and will burn easily if the welding temperature is too high.

W International - Troy, MI - September 2014 to November 2014 Responsibilities
Hands on Fabrication, non-blueprint reading prototype lab did the blueprint then would build the fixture for parts racks for the Big 3, and then showed colleagues how to put them together and make adjustments as needed before welding them together.

I was consistent with my work never lazy, did what was asked of me and put good welds on the racks. Skills Used
MIG Welding, I demonstrated that I could lay down long consistent weld beads when necessary and the ability to repair welds if needed.

I drove the production line making sure stations had stock to run and I drove shipping & receiving loading & unloading trucks and kept the dock area clean and empty bins stacked properly and organized and welded on the line when needed, and I drove 20K hilos loading trains @ Tower Automotive, and I've been assistant line leader, and som fabrication work without blueprints. I was a good worker on the line and a safe hi-lo driver never had issues with management and I was a Union Rep for 2 yrs. and worked well with other colleagues. Skills Used
Good welding not just weld tacks, I've worked plasma cutters, over head cranes, I communicate well with others and Im a clean and neat worker, and I believe in safety first and wearing PPE. EDUCATION

I have hands on Fabrication experience but, non-blueprint, every shop i've worked in the blueprints went to the prototype lab, and the supervisors showed me how to put the parts together and weld them, I can learn how if I was taught I'm a fast learner.
