Responsible for recruiting, retaining, and disciplinary actions for all plant & field personnel.

Implemented some Lean Manufacturing practices which have improved productivity from 150 units to 300 units per day, without increasing head count or new equipment.

Responsible for the rollout and successful integration of new products and product lines.

Lead Manufacturing Team to a successful launch of new operational software (Enterprise Software Package).
