Improved customer satisfaction and efficiency via the analysis of operating procedures to determine gaps, needs, and proper work flows; developed use cases; and formalized standard operating procedures and work flows within the software and throughout the customer’s organization.

Hired, mentored, and trained new consultants; reviewed employees; delegated work; and adjusted manpower requirements.

Enabled clients to maximize the value of their software investment by writing clear and thorough product descriptions, user guides, and white papers concerning maintenance, procurement, quality and safety, crewing, KPIs, data replication, and other topics.

Created a newsletter and mp4 training videos for enhanced support clients, who paid an extra 2.5% in annual support fees to receive more detailed technical articles and training videos that took users step-by-step through system functionality, greatly enhancing end user acceptance and understanding of our products.

Presided as Product Manager, and overhauled the SFI Coding and Classification System, an account numbering system for technical assets; redesigned all associated output material; and developed a custom support work flow for enhancement requests.
